Fort Benton City Pool Re-opening Announcement

We’re excited to announce that the Fort Benton City Pool will officially reopen on Thursday, July 31, 2025, following the successful re-balancing of chemical levels and formal approval from the state inspector. All safety and regulatory standards have been fully met, and the pool is now cleared for public use.

Temporary Hours for July 31 & August 1:
To accommodate the swim team’s final practices of the season, the pool will open to the public at 12:00 PM on both July 31 and August 1.

Regular Hours Resume August 2:
Beginning Saturday, August 2, 2025, the pool will return to its normal operating hours of 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday - Friday, 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM on Wednesday and Friday and 11:00AM - 6:00 PM Saturday - Sunday.

An outdoor recreation area next to the pool accommodates basketball, horseshoes, and tennis. Besides being the gateway to the Wild and Scenic Upper Missouri River, Fort Benton is located near to all of the spectacular scenery and historical sites of North Central Montana.
